Cuyahoga County officials are planning ways to re-hear thousands of property tax cases after a lawyer affirmed this week that the way the county has been doing things for years is illegal. Kevin Niedermier reports that Monday's legal opinion more than doubles the backlog of cases, involving hundreds of thousands of dollars in real estate taxes.
