New Passport Requirements for Traveling Throughout the Americas

The U.S. State Department is reminding Americans traveling to Canada this summer that a passport will be required. Currently a photo I.D. and a certified birth certificate are all that's necessary. That's changing on June 1st. The Western Hempisphere Travel Initiative was one of the recommendations of the 9/11 commission and the second phase of that initiative takes affect June First. ideastream®'s Eric Wellman speaks with Philip Pusateri.
