Ohio AG Suing Two Cincinnati Companies He Says Prey on Troubled Homeowners

Ohio's Attorney General is suing two Cincinnati companies that don't deliver on their promises to help Ohioans who are in danger of losing their homes to foreclosure. Cordray says there are community groups and state affiliated programs that legitmately help Ohioans who face foreclosure. In an interview with Ohio Public Radio's Jo Ingles, Richard Cordray says the scam is targeting people through a direct mail scheme.
