When Carl Stokes ran for mayor in 1967, he asked for a simple thing: A chance, he told Clevelanders, "to show what a real mayor can do." Stokes got that chance. To celebrate the 40th anniversary of his election, we'll talk to Stokes' brother Louis and others what he did with that opportunity and what it has meant to Cleveland.
