With just two weeks left in office, Governor Taft is trying to leave a legacy, and it would dramatically change the high school graduation requirements. On The Sound of Ideas, we'll find out the details on Taft's Ohio Core proposal, and we'll hear why some of the leaders of the state's largest school districts don't like it.
