One mandate of the federal health care overhaul has spawned a Supreme Court challenge from 26 states including Ohio, plus an issue on the November ballot that would outlaw the mandate by amending the Ohio constitution. So, should people be required by the government to purchase health insurance? We'll hear from both sides of the debate over State Issue 3, and get an update on early voting, Thursday at 9:00 on The Sound of Ideas.
