Governor John Kasich unveiled his state budget proposal Tuesday in an effort to plug the $8 billion shortfall. Privatization, cuts in services, tax increases? We'll tackle it all and talk with Cuyahoga County Executive Ed Fitzgerald and Hudson Mayor Bill Currin about what the budget means for their respective regions in Northeast Ohio.
