Ohio Governor John Kasich made a passionate appeal for bipartisanship during his first state of the state speech and said for Ohio to thrive, decisions must be based on common sense, not political expedience. The state must stop population loss, combat poverty, create jobs and fix, not just plug, a massive budget hole. Weigh in on the governor's call for cooperation, Wednesday at 9 on 90.3.
