More than 200-thousand Americans have traveled abroad to help solve problems in developing countries as part of the Peace Corps, which celebrates its 50th anniversary Tuesday. On the next Sound of Ideas, we'll be joined by several Northeast Ohioans who served as Peace Corps volunteers, including the former national director. They aimed to help others and to further the concept of world peace, but the experience shaped their own lives, too.
