University Circle, the east side Cleveland neighborhood that holds major cultural attractions and the city's world-renowned hospitals, is booming. It's an oasis of growth in a desert of stagnation with a total of $3 billion in new construction underway. We'll get an update Wednesday and talk about the role that nonprofit, quasi-governmental organizations such as University Circle, Inc. play in revitalizing our city.
