Climate change can make for strange bedfellows with Republicans and Democrats joining hands when they are from states like Ohio that are heavily dependent on coal powered utilitity plants. Democratic Sen. Sherrod Borwn, like GOP Sen. George Voinovich, says residents and manufacturers could get hit by exorbitant electricity prices from proposals to cap carbon dioxide emissions.
