Water Deparment Answers Critics - Sort Of Some Cleveland-area residents have been getting the shock of their lives in recent weeks: water bills in the hundreds, or in some cases, thousands of dollars for normal residential consumption. To make matters worse, many have complained they got ineffective and often rude service when they called the water department to complain.
