The U.S. Supreme Court, in a 5-4 ruling Monday, sided with employers who want to force disputes with workers to case-by-case arbitration instead of allowing them to band together in class-action lawsuits. Millions of employees will be affected. We'll discuss the broad implications with local employment lawyers on The Sound of Ideas. Then, a local woman combating mental illness with healing laughter. And, we'll meet a young chef entrepreneur.
