An estimated 20,000 people are released from Ohio's prisons each year.  For these men and women, the key to re-starting their lives will hinge on their ability to re-join society.  Critical to that success will be finding a job.
But that's not always easy.  Many companies simply have no interest in hiring ex-offenders and giving someone a second chance.
