The State of Ohio and the Electronic Classroom of Tomorrow, or ECOT, are at odds over attendance figures and how much state money the on-line charter school should receive.  The state is currently trying to clawback $60 million in what it says was overpayment.  We'll talk to Ohio Auditor Dave Yost about his proposal to withhold additional money from ECOT. Plus, Auditor Yost talks about his efforts to try and make cities more responsible with credit cards that spend taxpayer money.  Then, the tumuluous battle over health care and the political fallout it is creating.  And we'll get an update on the fatal ride incident at the Ohio State Fair in our Statehouse weekly report.
