E. Coli Outbreak Reaches Ohio

The national E. coli outbreak linked to Chipotle restaurants has now been discovered in Ohio, at locations in Copley, Lyndhurst, and Parma.

E. coli is a common type of bacteria that can get into food. Sixteen Americans were so sick they had to be hospitalized, as the E. coli has caused 45 cases of illness in six states now.

That's according to the Centers for Disease Control, which believes a single ingredient is the likely culprit...but it hasn't been identified yet.
