Our panel of journalists discussed the 13 Cleveland Police officers who will face internal charges relating to the deadly 2012 pursuit that resulted in 137 bullets fired into a car with unarmed passengers; and Governor Kasich's campaign for the Republican presidential nomination. We excerpted a City Club of Cleveland forum on developing Cleveland's lakefront and riverfront, and paid tribute to longtime former congressman Louis Stokes, who died this week of cancer at the age of 90.
