Ohio's individual health insurance costs up for debate

This week, President Obama has been on the offensive against Republican lawmakers who are trying to thwart implementation of the new federal health care law. One of the linchpins of the law is that all individuals will be required to buy health coverage even if they can’t get it through their employer. Starting in October, people should be able to shop an insurance exchange for open rates.

Ideastream’s Michelle Kanu and Sarah Jane Tribble clear up some of the confusion.
