Hillary Clinton In Columbus, Would Welcome Trump Debate

Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton was in Columbus today, and took a jab at one GOP contender. Statehouse reporter Jo Ingles has more.

Clinton spent much of the time talking about the need for affordable child care, equal pay for equal work and other issues that affect women.

And though she didn't mention Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump by name, it was clear that's who Hillary Clinton was talking about.

"There's one particular candidate who just seems to delight in insulting women every chance he gets. I have to say, if he emerges, I would love to debate him," Clinton said.

Ohio Republican Party chariman Matt Borges said the controversy over Clinton's email has hurt her with voters, and that he thinks voters won't be interested in her or her message if she is the nominee.
