Ed FitzGerald Says Ohio Should Take Cues from Cuyahoga County, Expand Pre-K Enrollment

In his first major policy proposal as the Democratic nominee for governor, Cuyahoga County Executive Ed FitzGerald says Ohio should ensure statewide access to preschool. FitzGerald's push for more pre-K enrollment comes alongside a similar effort by President Barack Obama's administration, as enrollment in state-funded programs has fallen.
