Moms, and doctors, are always telling us to eat more fruits and veggies. Most health professionals do, especially with the obesity epidemic in America. But one nutrition expert takes this notion to the extreme, and advocates a strict diet of veggies with little to no processed foods or meat. Dr. Joel Fuhrman is the author of several nutrition books, including his most famous called Eat to Live. He's known across the country for his radical approach to diet and weight loss. Fuhrman is speaking to a sold out audience this Thursday April 18th at Playhouse Square, and ideastream's Anne Glausser spoke with him beforehand.
