University Circle - it’s the cultural center of Cleveland with a rich history. It’s the home of one of the world’s greatest Orchestras, timeless art and architecture - but that’s all about to change. We take you inside and out of the new kid on the block, the Museum of Contemporary Art (MOCA), for a look at how the building’s sleek design, contemporary art and presence is shaking up the neighborhood.
