Academy Award-winning actor Tom Hanks shares funny and frank stories about his life and career with NPR’s Scott Simon and a group of Northeast Ohio high school students. Hanks talks about his days at Great Lakes Theatre Festival, the challenges of making Toy Story and shares advice on making it the acting business. Hanks is one of a number of actors to participate in ideastream’s Backstage With series recorded in the Westfield Insurance Studio Theatre in the Idea Center.
