Groundhog Day 2015: Punxsutawney Phil's 'Forecast'

If you're ready for warmer weather, you may be waiting a while. Snow, sleet and even blizzard conditions hit many parts of the country including Chicago, Boston, and here in Cleveland.

In the midst of bundling up, many Americans turned to a weather "expert" for predictions on when this winter will come to an end. Okay, okay, expert might not be the exact word I'm looking for. We'll let you decide for yourself.
