Archaeologists Discover Tomb of Egyptian Queen

If spiders aren't your thing, maybe you dream of one day being an archaeologist and making big discoveries - like the one a team of Czech archaeologists made recently. Archaeologists study past human activity with the analysis of material remains.

They discovered a tomb in Abu Sir, Egypt where a previously unknown queen was buried. Since the tomb was found inside the funeral complex of fifth century Pharaoh Neferefre, the archaeologists believe the tomb was his wife's, Queen Khentakawess. The pair would have ruled 4,500 years ago, around the time the first pyramid was built.

Besides the queen, archaeologists also found utensils made of copper and limestone at the site.
