There’s a new anchor institution in Cleveland's emerging Midtown neighborhood. On Monday, University Hospitals officially opened its Rainbow Center for Women & Children. The center seeks to provide community-centered care with a special focus on preventing pre-term births and thereby reducing infant mortality. The $26 million building sits on RTA’s HealthLine and there’s a stop right outside the front door on Euclid Avenue – that’s by design so more Clevelanders can access the center's services.
