On the Sound of Ideas, we'll meet some of the impressive women whose success in their fields has earned them the honor of being named Women of Note, by Crain's Cleveland Business.

From arts and culture to medicine to civil service, these 15 women have lead the way.

Each year, we gather some of the Crains nominees for a panel conversation on The Sound of Ideas about what drives their ambition, how they have found success in their careers, and what advice they'd offer others.

Due to the continuation of the pandemic, the tribute ceremony was held virtually last week.

Later in the hour, we discuss the Irishtown Bend project, on the western slope of the Cuyahoga River. We'll get an update with some of community leaders invovled.
