"On the Media" tours Ohio to disprove poverty stereotypes

From the foothills of Appalachia to aged industrial cities, Ohio has often been used by the media as a setting for stories on poverty. But are the representations correct? On the Media's Brooke Gladstone came here to question stereotypes about those in poverty for the "On the Media" series "Busted: America's Poverty Myths." ideastream's Tony Ganzer sat down with Rick Jackson to discuss the program and share the stories of a couple Ohioans struggling to get by.
