June 2014 represented the fifth consecutive month with job growth of at least 200,000 - the most total jobs added in the first half of a year since 1999. A total of 9.7M new private-sector jobs were created during the last 52 months (the longest such streak on record). Although too many Americans are still looking for work, the unemployment rate is falling. With this improving economic outlook, what’s next? U.S. Secretary of Labor Thomas E.
