United Airlines Financial Woes

Jacki Lyden talks with Darryl Jenkins, professor of airline management at George Washington University, where he is also executive director of The Aviation Institute. They discuss how United Airlines has gotten to the point of bankruptcy. He says their money problems stem from a series of bad management decisions over the years, including their attempt to merge with US Airways.
