Take a second and think about how much sleep you got last night. Six hours? Seven? Did you hit the magical eight? Starting today and all next week ideastream will be featuring a multimedia series on Sleep. The National Institutes of Health says Americans don't get nearly enough, and the consequences go far beyond droopy eyes. Health reporter Anne Glausser spoke with ideastream's Eric Wellman about the upcoming series, Sleep: A Wake-Up Call.
