If you've spent any time at the supermarket lately you've probably noticed the words "gluten free" appearing prominently on packages from pie crusts, to cake mixes to muffins. That's good news for the two million Americans who suffer from Celiac disease. Until recently, the number of gluten free choices has been limited. But that's changing. Ellen Kleinerman writes about Celiac disease and the growth of gluten free food in the health section in today's Plain Dealer. She spoke with ideastream's Eric Wellman.
