You might remember when you were a kid when your mother told you to bundle up on a cold day so you wouldn't catch cold. Your mother was probably right about a lot of things, but she wasn't right about that one. No one's ever caught a cold by being cold. Ask any doctor and they'll tell you myths pervade the medical profession. Bree Zeltner is a Plain Dealer health reporter who's been talking to doctors about the myths they most often see in their practices. She spoke with ideastream®'s Eric Wellman.
