Americans spend $30 billion a year on drugs to lower cholesterol and blood pressure, yet heart disease remains the number one cause of death in this country. Some doctors say it doesn't have to be that way. One Cleveland physician is advocating a diet many see as extreme -- a diet that includes virtually no fat. Vivian Goodman reports.
