Virtual job fairs are gaining momentum in parts of the country. They're considered more efficient and convenient than traditional, in-person job fairs with their long lines and, often, long travel. These online employment events often target particular industries - from hotel work to high tech. One that started earlier this year in Northeast Ohio helps fill jobs in the region's bio-medical industry. ideastream's Rick Jackson spoke with Kolby Day, a Vice President at Arteriocyte, an eight-year-old stem cell research firm in MidTown Cleveland, and with Caitlyn Smith, who found her job at Arteriocyte using the Biomedical Job Fair.
