The Cleveland Orchestra issued a press release indicating the cancelation of this year's Star-Spangled Spectacular concert and fireworks due to heavy rain. This would have been the 28th annual concert and fireworks. As a result, 90.3 WCPN and WCLV 104.9 will not be broadcasting the concert this evening at 9pm.
