Democrats have a tough hill to climb after Tuesday's election, but for Republicans the focus turns to implementing a strategy to capitalize on taking so many seats in state and federal government. Yesterday ideastream's Tony Ganzer spoke to a political scientist and former speechwriter for Democratic governor Ted Strickland. Today we'll hear from Lisa Stickan, a Highland Heights city councilwoman and former chair of the Young Republican National Federation.
