About Jake & Sarah
The classical saxophone duo Jake & Sarah has been seen on concert series and heard on the radio throughout the United States and in Europe. In addition to their duo programs, Jake & Sarah have collaborated with a mix of vocalists, instrumentalists, dancers, poets, composers, and orchestras.

Jake & Sarah’s repertoire includes established works for saxophone duo, transcriptions, and new pieces written specifically for them. Since their establishment, Jake & Sarah have collaborated with composers Peter Edwards, Kate Parker, Michael McGough, Tim Bausch, Scott Miller, Nathan Hall, David Marc Alterman, Frank Zabel and Dan Knorr to create new works for two saxophones - some with electronic medium.

Marchitelli serves on faculty at the State University of New York at Fredonia. Swanson teaches music for the Gowanda Central School District. Both maintain studios at Infinity Visual and Performing Arts in Jamestown, New York where Marchitelli serves as Director of Instruction.
