A water ban in Toledo has been lifted, but there is still a spotlight on the algae that led to unhealthy levels of toxins in Lake Erie. There are a number of things feeding the algae, including agricultural and urban run-off, and is a focus of research for Dale Robertson. He is a research hydrologist with the US Geological Survey in Wisconsin, and spoke today with ideastream’s Tony Ganzer.
