Indicted Cuy Co Commissioner Back to Work

A federal judge ruled Wednesday that Dimora could go back to work for the last three months of his term. But the Judge gave Dimora a long list of issues he could not vote on which became evident as the three commissioners went through their business. Dimora had to excuse himself from half of the 28 agenda items. He is not allowed to vote on issues involving...among other things...the engineers office, personnel matters and a half-dozen Cuyahoga cities - all of which show up in some role in the indictment. The issues he did vote on mostly involved health and human services issues. Dimora has pleaded not guilty to taking bribes in exchange for county contracts, jobs and promotions. (courtesy WKSU)
