It now appears that only the U.S. Supreme can stop the execution of an Ohio death row inmate who killed an Elyria girl.
Darryl Durr has been using an unusual legal argument, but so far, the courts have rejected it......and Governor Ted Strickland says he has no intention of sparing Durr's life, slated to end Tuesday morning. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports.
