Over the past couple of weeks, property owners in Summit County have been getting letters, telling them how much their homes are worth. It's part of a big appraisal that happens in counties across the state every six years. These numbers are of particular interest to homeowners who feel their properties are worth less than they were just a few years ago, before the national housing crisis. ideastream®'s Eric Wellman spoke with Rick Armon, a reporter with the Akron Beacon Journal.
