Obama Stumps in Cleveland

Hillary Clinton told Barack Obama shame on you for misrepresenting her positions in his campaign mailings. She told a rally in Cincinnati Saturday that Democrats should be outraged by fliers that say her healthcare plan would force everyone to purchase insurance even if they can't afford it. She also dismissed Obama’s saying that she had been a supporter of NAFTA in the past.

Obama later said he stands by the accuracy of the mailings.

That flap didn't faze Obama supporters. Cleveland City Councilman Jay Westbrook was one of the thousands who attended an Obama rally at Cleveland's Public Hall Saturday. Westbrook said Obama speaks to the issues important to Cleveland voters.

Jay Westbrook: He knows were in the heart of the foreclosure crisis and he shows that he understands here that we need the help of the federal government.

Obama has promised to create a 10 billion dollar foreclosure prevention fund that would help homeowners stay in the homes and avoid foreclosure. On Sunday, Obama made stops in Lorain and Toledo and is planning more trips as the March 4th primary date nears. Tomorrow the two candidates will debate in Cleveland and that will be carried locally on WKYC TV.
