The eyes of supporters and opponents of gay marriage are on the U.S. Supreme Court on Tuesday. That’s because the justices are considering a legal challenge to California’s ban on same-sex marriage. Ohio has a similar ban, but no matter how the justices rule, it’s not likely to have a quick legal direct impact on whether Ohio allows same-sex marriage.
