Aaron Marks spoke at a heroin conference organized by the U.S. Attorney's office and the Cleveland Clinic.
Marks asks the audience, "How many people here have an opioid drug" in their medicine cabinet right now. Most of the audience raised it's hands.
Marks, 30, now works in the financial sector and volunteers his time to help others.
