Strategic Alliance Will Aim For Improved Economy Across Northeast Ohio

Representatives of Team NEO and Cleveland State’s Maxine Goodman Levin College of Urban Affairs announced today that they’re forming a strategic alliance.

Daila Shimek will be managing director for Team NEO and project manager for Cleveland State. She says Team NEO will provide CSU with vital insights into local, national, and global businesses, while the university will give Team NEO experienced researchers versed in in-depth analysis.

“The models that they use to do economic impact studies – are quite complex," says Shimek. "And I know that there’s things that they might need assistance from outside resources.”

Team NEO serves an 18-county region, and is part of JobsOhio. CSU’s Maxine Goodman Levin College of Urban Affairs analyzes business trends and the local economy.
