With so much attention focused on what's not working about the Affordable Health Care Act, one voice has pretty much been drowned out lately. That of advocates for Universal healthcare - a single payer system with coverage provided for all Americans. During a recent visit to Cleveland, ideastream Health Reporter Sarah Jane Tribble sat down with T.R. Reid, a former Washington Post columnist, public broadcasting contributor who sees Obamacare as "a necessary first step" towards universal healthcare.
