This three-part series engages students (Grades 7-12) in conversations with medical professionals who will explain the science behind research in the community focusing on diabetes, obesity, and cardiovascular disease. Local medical researchers and experts from top medical institutions (Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine, Cleveland Clinic, Metrohealth Medical Center, University Hospitals at Case Medical Center, and Louis Stokes VA Medical Center) will describe how their research directly impacts patient health in the community.
