Dr. Schorsch discussed ArcelorMittal’s plans to invest $55 million in one of its two blast furnaces strategically positioned down the Cuyahoga River; how the Port Authority is critical to helping Cleveland businesses connect to global markets; and the future of one of the most productive steel plants in the world.
A panel discussion followed Dr. Schorsch’s remarks and included Dr. Schorsch and Will Friedman, president and CEO, Port of Cleveland; Deb Janik, senior vice president, real estate and business development, Greater Cleveland Partnership; and was moderated by Michael McIntyre, host, The Sound of Ideas on 90.3 WCPN ideastream.
