David Pogue
Cleveland native David Pogue is someone who keeps up with new gadgets and technology. He’s the New York Times’ tech reporter and host of the PBS show NOVA ScienceNow. He was in town recently for a Technology and Learning Conference organized by ideastream’s education department. He talked to local teachers about how cell phones and apps have changed the ways we all process information, learn, and communicate.

Applause America: Daniel Rebert
Art can do many things. It can make you laugh, cry, and can be a place of refuge when life gets dark and stormy. In this installment of Applause America - stories about artists from across the country - we meet Daniel Rebert from Sacramento, California. He was born with cancer, and has gone through immense physical and spiritual hardships. One result of this incredible journey is his photography. Rob Stewart of PBS affiliate KVIE in Sacramento will have the story.

Dianne McIntyre Profile
Dianne McIntyre: who is she? Well, a New York Times review once described her as having a ‘long tensile body with long, strong back and limbs.’ But there is much more to her story - a tale that started here in Cleveland. From John Adams High School to Ohio State; from New York City to performances around the world. Here is her story, from local filmmaker Ted Sikora.
